This policy applies only to information collected through the Site. Information collected during a professional engagement with our firm is governed separately by your signed engagement letter and applicable confidentiality rules for tax and accounting professionals.

We use the information we collect to:
Respond to your inquiries and provide the information you request.

Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: making the Site work (essential cookies) and understanding how the Site is used (analytics cookies).
Essential cookies: required for the Site to function correctly, such as remembering form input during a session.
Analytics cookies: help us understand visitor behavior in aggregate. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. Google Analytics collects information anonymously and reports website trends without identifying individual visitors.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect Site functionality.
05
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the Site. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function, and they are contractually obligated to protect that information.
Web hosting: our hosting provider stores Site data and may have access to server logs containing IP addresses and request data.
Email delivery: contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a transactional email service.
Analytics: Google Analytics processes anonymized usage data on our behalf.
Maps: Google Maps is embedded on the Contact page; loading this page may transmit your IP address to Google.
06
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. The Site uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. Contact form submissions are stored on our hosting provider's secure servers and are only accessible to authorized personnel.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion: request that we delete information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.
Opt-out: request that we stop using your information for specific purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 11. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
08
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up questions, generally no longer than two years from your last interaction with us. Information collected through analytics is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention period.
Information collected during a professional engagement is retained according to the record-keeping requirements that apply to tax and accounting professionals, typically seven years or longer depending on the type of record.
09
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
